PSP 12 ; The Kegworth Air Disaster

In this episode we take an in depth look at the Kegworth Air Disaster of 8th January 1989, in which a BMI B737 suffered an engine failure and crashed just 900 meters short of the runway after the crew misidentified and shut down the wrong engine.
